Activities: Assist with food for funerals, visit the sick and shut-in, order flowers for funerals.
Deacons and Trustees
Chairman: Deacon Johnny Criswell
The Deacon is required to make decisions in practical and temporal matters
as well as giving support to the pastor in spiritual matters, so sound
direction and wise counsel need “wisdom” (Acts 6:3).
The Trustees are chosen from among the congregation to be
custodians of the church property and serve as signatories.

Programs: July is youth month (musical, annual day, skating, and outings) Easter Program and Christmas Program.

Heavenly Host Choir

Programs: Choir Fall Fellowship and Annual Concert Third Sunday in October.
Activities: Present for all church programs throughout the year, attend church outings at the pastor request, sings every 1st, 2nd and 5th Sundays.

enhance the worship experience by providing an orderly entrance, seating and
exit to the sanctuay during worship. This ministry is open to members who are
willing to serve for the glory of God.
Pearls of Zion
President: Sister Willie Mae Green
We create lessons and activities that are designed to encourage personal application, understanding, prayer and commitment as well as foster interaction with other women who possess a zeal for God. Our goal is to seek his guidance to develop lifestyle specific programs that equip women to lead balanced satisfying and victorious lives.

Sunday School is the catalyst for biblical training of all ages, particularly the young because this is where all learning begins. At Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church, we offer God's Word from our littlest members, "Toddlers" to our mature, "Seniors"; in other words something for everyone.
